In my experience, they do look like that. I've probably seen about 30 or so abortion facilities around the country, and most do look "seedy" or like office buildings from the outside. Their goal is to make money, so they're going to lease older buildings as opposed to more expensive ones.
I think the attitude of the young girl out front was not accurate.

I was glad to see a young person depicted in the movie, though, since many youth are so on fire for pro-life causes, and many do witness outside of abortion facilities.

But she could have been a little warmer and open to helping Juno. Most who witness at clinics have deep compassion for the young woman in need.
Planned Parenthood is the nation's largest provider of abortions and contraceptive services. Though they claim to want to help, they are mostly about making money. Though they're classified as "non-profit" they receive millions in taxpayer dollars and make millions in profits each year. Their founder, Margaret Sanger, was a eugenicist with ties to Hitler. She has also stated that her goals were to get rid of the undesirables of society: the poor, African Americans, etc. In fact, Lila Rose, a college student at UCLA, has been successfully going undercover as a minor at Planned Parenthood clinics across the country. She secretly videotapes staff telling her to cover up her or her boyfriend's age so they don't have to report statutory rape. (In most states, they are required to report any suspected cases of child rape, often defined as someone over 18 having sex with someone under 18).
